What we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect your email address, your ZIP code, whether you're signing up as a customer or a farm, and, for farms, your farm's name.

When you visit our site we also automatically collect basic usage information, such as the pages you view, your browser and device type, and your approximate location based on your IP address.

How we use it

We use your information to tell you when Farmloop launches in your area, to decide where to launch first, and to understand and improve our site.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run Farmloop, such as hosting, data storage, analytics and email delivery. They process your information only on our behalf and only to provide those services. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics, so we can see how people use our site and whether signup is working. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Emails

We'll only email you about your waitlist signup and Farmloop's launch. Every email includes a link to unsubscribe.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist information until we no longer need it to tell you about our launch, or until you ask us to delete it.

Removing your information

To have your information deleted, email us at hello@getfarmloop.com and we'll remove it.
